The Commonwealth of Virginia detected a vulnerability in their voting machines and decided to move immediately to paper ballots. And they did it within 60 days of it having been done. And the good news is that they already know how to make the transition and are willing to help other states. So… Consider that Virginia has both deep rural residents as well as most of the DC bureaucrats. All it takes is political will.
If we can put a man on the moon, we can put paper in the hands of voters next November.
